4. Products & Pricing

• All prices displayed on hmarkwear.com are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to change product prices, descriptions, or availability at any time without prior notice.
• Product images are for illustrative purposes. Slight colour variations may occur due to photography lighting and display settings.
• We make every effort to ensure accurate product descriptions, but we do not warrant that product descriptions are error-free.
• In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel orders placed at incorrect prices and issue a full refund.

5. Orders & Payment

All orders placed on hmarkwear.com are subject to acceptance by us. An order confirmation email is sent upon successful placement, which constitutes acknowledgement — not acceptance. Order acceptance occurs when the item is dispatched.

• We accept payments via Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI, Wallets, and other methods available at checkout.
• All payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant gateways. We do not store payment card information.
• GST (Goods & Services Tax) is charged as applicable under the GST Act, 2017. GSTIN: 19AIPPH6448E1ZX.
• H Mark Wear reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product unavailability, payment issues, or suspected fraud.
• In case of payment failure, the transaction amount (if debited) will be refunded to the original payment source within 5–7 business days.

6. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship across India. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to location, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Risk of loss and title for purchased items passes to you upon delivery to the courier/carrier.
• H Mark Wear is not responsible for delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, or other force majeure events.
• Please refer to our Cancellation & Refund Policy for information on returns and exchanges.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on hmarkwear.com — including logos, product images, text, design elements, and trademarks — is the exclusive property of H Mark Wear or its licensors and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 and Trade Marks Act, 1999 of India. 9. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product/order giving rise to the claim.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in West Bengal, India.

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, consumers may also approach the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC), State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commissions, or District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commissions for grievance redressal.
